Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you use the Services for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your login credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

OneBizNest provides practical software tools for businesses. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued as the service develops. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change adversely affects an active paid service, where practicable.

Some features may later require a paid plan. Prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation rules will be shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider; OneBizNest does not intend to store full card numbers.

You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• break the law or violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights;
• upload data you are not authorized to collect, use, or share;
• introduce malware, probe security, bypass access controls, or disrupt the Services;
• misrepresent your identity, send spam, or use the Services for fraud or abuse;
• reverse engineer or resell the Services except where we expressly allow it or applicable law prevents this restriction.

You retain ownership of content and business data you submit. You grant OneBizNest a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, transmit, back up, and otherwise process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services or comply with law.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data and for giving notices or obtaining permissions required from customers, employees, and other people whose data you enter into the Services.

The Services, branding, interface, software, and original materials belong to OneBizNest or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services; they do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

The Services may rely on hosting, database, authentication, payment, communication, or other providers. Their separate terms may apply to features you choose to use. We remain responsible for selecting and managing providers as required by applicable law, but we do not control every third-party service.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, non-payment, legal requirements, or harm to other users. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to export data before termination.

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to operate them with reasonable skill, care, and security, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will meet every business requirement. You remain responsible for business decisions, legal compliance, and appropriate independent backups.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneBizNest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business opportunities arising from the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

Any specific monetary cap for a future paid service will be stated in the applicable order or subscription terms and must remain subject to mandatory law.

These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Before filing a claim, please contact us so both sides can try in good faith to resolve the dispute through negotiation. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to a competent authority or court in Vietnam.

If mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence applies, these Terms do not take away rights that cannot be waived or restrict access to a forum that the law guarantees.

We may update these Terms as the Services or law changes. We will post the revised date and give reasonable notice of material changes when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, except where fresh consent is legally required.
